Our Returns Policy: 

If an item is not suitable we are happy for you to return it to us in exchange for another item.

 

  • We can provide exchanges for our in-stock homewares items only
  • No exchange applies to any fabric that has been cut off the roll, or any item or fabric that was a custom order.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Please contact us before returning any items.
  • Homewares must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
  • If you would like to return an item the freight costs are your responsibility.
  • We can exchange an item for one of your choice.  Further freight charges will apply.
  • If you cannot decide on a replacement we are happy to provide a store credit which is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
  • If the item is faulty we will either repair or provide a replacement. If you incur freight costs to return a faulty item you will be refunded this in the same way you paid. Please provide your bank account details if you paid by internet banking.
