Chicken Brick/Terracotta Baking Dish med size
This is a traditional Mediterranean way of slow cooking. All of the flavours and moisture is held in the food while it is cooking, like a tagine in the oven. This is Rosemary’s version of the terracotta cooking pot : ‘Rommertopf’ in Europe. Hand made by Rosemary O’Hara using her own mould design and fired in her home kiln in Plimmerton New Zealand.
