1.0 DEPOSIT: A 20% deposit is required for all laybys. This is non-refundable.
2.0 PAYMENTS: Payment are to be made fortnightly in the shop or via bank transfer. The balance must be paid within 6 weeks and the item collected.
3.0 EXEMPTIONS: No laybys will be made on sale items.
4.0 REFUNDS: Verdant Design does not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular product. If the goods are faulty, Verdant Design will do what is required under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
6.0 WARRANTIES
Normal Warranties on items apply. Warranties on fabric depend on the Fabric House and the situation the fabric has been exposed to. No guarantees will be given on fabrics for any normal fading.
